This is Tanglewood Farms Dixie Belle she is our “oldest” baby girl born March 24. Her mother is Tanglewood Farms Lucky Lena and Daddy is Jacob. This little girl may be solid colored right now but we don’t care since she has such good conformation and is so sweet. She would rather hang out with people then her mother and the other horses. This little girl already leads like an old broke horse and is a dream to work with. We just can’t keep our hands off her. |

This is Tanglewood Farms Calamity Jane. She was born April 16 at 9:30pm. Tanglewood Farms Diamond Lil is the loving mother and Jacob is the proud father. Lil has had three foals and all of them have been “loud” appaloosas. (2 fillies and 1 colt) That is a good record for any brood mare. Jane is a busy little girl always into something and that is how she got her name. We are really tickled that she is a snow cap appaloosa and that she has such a dashing personality. This is going to be one fun horse. |

Welcome Tanglewood Farms Darling Clementine. This sweet little girl was born April 26 at 9:30 in the morning. Her mother is Tanglewood Farms Emily (Emily is Lena’s sister) and daddy is our wonderful Jacob. This is another really sweet filly she already loves to be rubbed and it is hard to get good pictures of her since she want to come over to the people. Clementine is just covered in curls and her coat is a really beautiful rich red color. We are very pleased with her. |

We can’t believe it, we got another girl that makes four in a row. That is a record around here and what a Blessing. This little girl was born at 7 am on April 27 (love the morning babies) Mother is Tanglewood Farms Sweet Molly and daddy is our wonderful Questionnaire. This is Molly’s first baby and I think she out did herself. The little girl is very strong in spite of being born with one leg back. And check out the middle picture above the white snip on her nose has a little red rain drop mark in it. I think that makes her special. We are very happy with both Molly and her new little girl. We have two more babies to go so keep checking back. |

WOW!! The 5th Filly in a Row. It must be something in the water around here. Well our little black and white pinto mare Mini V Hals Peekaboo Streak had her first Tanglewood foal on May 12th, and it was another filly. This one came with one front leg back like our last foal. I guess it is a pinto thing. The good part is she got here alive and in good shape. This is one pretty little girl and we will need to find a really good name for her. Questionnaire is the daddy to this little girl. This is “Q’s” first black and white pinto that he is the daddy to. We are so excited over this little filly she is already very special. The pictures above show her at about 8 hours old. |
