Minis with Heart |

Congratulations to Lauri Bernardo of Las Vegas on her new little driving gelding; Tanglewood Farms Deacon. I don’t think Lauri had a chance, Deacon took one look at her and picked her as his new owner. It is always a pleasure to find a person that feels about the minis the way we do. This will be Lauri’s first driving mini and Deacon will be the perfect horse for her. We hear on the “grape vine” that Deacon and Lauri will be in the Las Vegas Christmas parade. I hope she will send pictures. We will miss Deacon but we know he will be in good hands. |

Tanglewood Farms Rambo found himself a wonderful new owner Marte Miller. Marte is working with Marie McKee to learn the finer points of Carriage Driving and will be driving Rambo in the all Miniature Horse Quadrille at Jack and Marie McKee’s Whiffletree Ranch. Rambo is a beautiful tri colored gelding that has worked in many of the Tanglewood hitches and has been shown in pairs competition in Combined Driving Events. Rambo will be missed at our stable but we are very happy to see him at a home where he will continue his driving career. |

Congratulations to Pam MacNaughton of Las Vegas on her new appaloosa Tanglewood Farms Tommy Tucker. Pam wanted a flashy mini with a great personality to show and drive in parades. I think Pam has found the perfect horse to do everything she wants and some more too. Tucker with be a nice addition to her other Tanglewood horses that she has. |

A BIG Double Congratulations to Sonja Peery of Bakersfield on her new mini mare, Tanglewood Farms Miss Daisy. Sonja bought Miss Daisy on April 27 in the hope that she would have palomino pinto filly and her wish came true on May 11th. That is Sonja with her first new mini foal. I might add, it didn’t take her long to get to the ranch when we called her in the middle of the night to come see her new baby. Our stallion Questionnaire is the father to this little beauty. I am sure she is going to have a lot of fun with the minis. |
